  BRIEF HISTORY OF COMPONENTS CORPORATION OF AMERICA                 

Components Corporation of America (CCA) is a privately held corporation with its headquarters in Dallas, Texas. The Company traces its history back to 1916.
 
CCA operates as a holding company. It currently has three wholly owned operating subsidiaries located in different cities in the United States and is actively seeking additional acquisitions. Each subsidiary is organized to function as a stand-alone entity. They have complete accounting, marketing, engineering, and general management capabilities. The three existing subsidiaries provide solutions for customer needs in their respective served markets.

Staco Energy Products Co., www.stacoenergy.com, located in Dayton, OH is a leading manufacturer of products that control voltage, provide back-up power during blackouts, and improve the quality of power. They have been providing tailored solutions to electrical power problems for over 70 years for industrial and commercial applications:
